Pharmacist Full Time Permanent

Pharmacist in Milton Keynes – Up to £48,000 p/a – hybrid or remote considered 

Join our clients’ team as a Pharmacist and become an integral part of a clinical team. With extensive experience in primary care settings, you’ll provide expert support to the GP practices and deliver high-quality patient care consultations.

Role Overview: As a Pharmacist, you’ll serve as an expert advisor on medicines, repeat prescriptions, medicine optimisation, and pharmaceutical care within multidisciplinary team. Our client prefers full-time commitment but part-time arrangements can be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide services to registered patients at the Hub.
• Offer information and support on medicines, pharmaceutical advice, and repeat prescriptions.
• Support primary care sites and assist with prescribing and high-risk drug management audits.
• Assess caller needs, prescribe urgently when necessary, and communicate information effectively.
• Identify and manage clinical risks and safeguarding issues.
• Maintain accurate records and access specialist information databases.

Requirements:

• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Completion of CPPE General Practice Pharmacist pathway.
• Non-Medical Prescriber qualification.
• Experience in primary care settings.
• Ability to deliver high-quality patient care consultations and manage workload effectively.

Location: While prefer office-based work in Milton Keynes, discussions about hybrid or remote working are welcome.
