• Up to £40,000 salary (D.O.E.)

• Be the main point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment journey

• Manage treatment plans, finance options, and patient communication
• Convert enquiries into treatment starts and support business growth
• Use CRM systems to track patient journeys and follow-ups efficiently

• Confident, personable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service
• Background in sales, client services, or coordination (any industry)
• Naturally empathetic with strong relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Comfortable using systems/CRM
• Motivated by targets, progression, and earning potential
• Legal right to work in the UK (without requiring any Visa Sponsorships)
