• Use CRM systems to track patient journeys and follow-ups efficiently

• Confident, personable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service
• Background in sales, client services, or coordination (any industry)
• Naturally empathetic with strong relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Comfortable using systems/CRM
• Motivated by targets, progression, and earning potential
