Are you an experienced RVN ready to step into a leadership role? Join a well-established small animal practice near Hitchin as a Senior Veterinary Nurse, where you’ll take on more responsibility, help guide a dedicated team, and continue to grow your clinical skills in a supportive environment.

• Salary up to £32,000 (D.O.E.)
• No out-of-hours or Sunday work

As a Senior RVN, you’ll help lead the nursing team alongside the Head Nurse and Practice Manager. Your duties will span clinical work, mentoring junior staff, and assisting with practice operations.

• Involvement in shaping nursing protocols and standards
