The practice places strong emphasis on sustainability and work–life balance, working within a total triage system, this role focuses on routine care with minimal home visits, thanks to the support of the PCN paramedic team.

Key details:

• 3 Days per week
• £10,500-£11,000 per session
• Shared duty clinic to support workload balance
• Strong paramedic-led home visiting support
