You will join GP Partners and a multi-disciplinary team, including a Salaried GPs and Paramedic Practitioners managing home visits. The practice collaborates closely with the PCN, providing access to additional services such as Pharmacists and Social Prescribers. You will receive support from a skilled administrative and management team, with opportunities for professional development to enhance patient outcomes.
