An established, forward-thinking GP Training Practice in Kent is seeking a motivated Salaried GP to join its highly regarded clinical team within a dynamic GP federation delivering primary care, urgent care, and community services across multiple sites. This innovative network includes GP surgeries, Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs), A&E support hubs, and mental health services, embracing digital transformation and clinically-led innovation to support modern, flexible care delivery. With excellent multidisciplinary support from ANPs, paramedics, and pharmacists, plus a strong focus on clinician wellbeing, this role offers the perfect blend of high-quality patient care, professional growth through teaching, and customisable work-life balance in a progressive Kent healthcare environment.
