This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated GP looking for flexibility, long term stability, and a defined route to Partnership within a supportive environment. The practice comprises 3 partners and 7 salaried GPs, serving a diverse patient population of over 14,500, ensuring varied and engaging clinical work. Key information:

• £11,000 per session
• 6-10 sessions per week
• Flexible sessions
• Clear pathway to Partnership
• 15 patients AM / 15 patients PM
• 15 minute appointments
• EMIS Web clinical system
• Structured admin support with a buddy system
• Shared on-call rota
• 6 weeks’ annual leave
