Salaried GP Harrogate | Training Practice | Partnership Route Available

We are currently seeking a Salaried GP to join a respected training practice in the Harrogate area. The practice is proud to maintain a smaller patient list size of around 8,500 and offers excellent work-life balance with a manageable workload, strong clinical support, and opportunities for professional development. This role is suitable for both newly qualified and experienced General Practitioners. The partners are open to discussing a potential route to partnership for the right candidate.

The practice offers a fully supporting administrative and reception team dedicated to minimising GP workload. You will work within a highly organised setting that values teamwork, development, and patient-centred care. As a training practice, there are opportunities for clinical supervision, mentoring, and continuous professional development.

Key Information

• £10,000 to £11,000 per session (dependent on experience)

• 4 to 8 sessions per week

• Permanent

• Training and teaching practice

• SystmOne

• Average workload is 16 patients per session

• 5 hours allocated for admin time

• Duty doctor is only required during annual leave cover

• Home visits maximum of 2 per week
