Key Information:

• 15-minute appointments, including telephone and face-to-face consultations.
• Fully staffed with additional support from pharmacists and physiotherapists.
• Utilises the SystmOne
• Participate in regular consultant-led GP education sessions.

• Competitive salary range: £11K – £11.5K, based on experience.
• Up to 9 sessions available.
