Key information:

• Up to £14,000 per session (DOE)
• Flexible 4-6 sessions per week
• GP training practice
• Approximately 25,000 registered patients
• Three practice sites
• 15-minute appointments
• Approximately 15 patients per session
• Opportunity to undertake minor surgery and dermatology clinics
• Shared administrative workload
• Dedicated home visiting team
• Full multidisciplinary team including ANPs, Paramedics, Practice Nurses and HCAs
• Full administrative support staff
• Weekly clinical and educational meetings
