About the Position:
- Full-Time role – Monday to Friday
- Salary from £32,000 per annum
- Minimum twelve months management experience required
- Lead daily practice operations and performance
- Manage recruitment and staff development programmes
- Maintain CQC compliance and regulatory standards
- Support business growth and patient engagement
- Immediate start available
- Established 3 surgery practice with loyal patients
- Five Associates supporting strong clinical provision
- Three Hygienists enhancing patient care delivery
- Fully equipped modern clinical environment
