The position focuses heavily on orthodontics, with some element of General Dentistry. The position offers added benefit of a generous bonus scheme based on KPIs and patient targets. About the Position:

• Part-time role, minimum of two days per week
• £500-£600 per day (non-negotiable)
• Big bonus scheme available, based on targets and KPIs
• Opportunity to earn 50%-85% of completed orthodontic revenue
• Clinician pays no lab fees (all covered by the practice)
• Orthodontic heavy work along with some element of General Dentistry
• Focus on consultations, treatment planning, and patient follow-ups
• Some general dentistry procedures, such as fillings and extractions, with 5% earnings on related costs
