With a structured diary, excellent clinical support, and a collaborative team environment, this role is ideal for a confident Dental Therapist looking for stability, autonomy, and strong earnings.

About the Position:

• 3 days per week – Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
• Up to 40% split on Therapy treatments (D.O.E)
• 35% split on additional ad-hoc Hygiene treatments
• Busy, well-structured diary
• Must be confident managing both direct access and referral patients
• Supportive environment promoting clinical confidence and autonomy
• Immediate start available

• Predominantly private, high-end practice with excellent patient flow
• Fully digital setup including SOE software, iTero scanner, Rotary Endodontics and Digital X-Rays
• Advanced Hygiene Therapy technology offered, including GBT
• Strong, collaborative team culture with experienced clinicians and staff
• Well-organised practice ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow
