Clinical Pharmacist Needed in Ipswich – £60,000 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a dynamic team supporting multiple GP practices within the largest Primary Care Network in East Suffolk. This network unites 10 practices, serving over 100,000 patients across the region, from Felixstowe to Eye. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering top-tier patient consultations, providing expert advice on medicine management, and driving medicine optimisation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

• 2-5 years of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in primary care.

• Holds Independent Prescriber qualification and experience in a primary care setting.
