Associate Dentist (Permanent or Locum) – Near Elmstead, Essex

About the Role (Permanent Dentist):

• 2 days per week – Monday and Tuesday weekly
• £14 per UDA
• 1,000 UDAs per working day per annum – loyal patients with strong oral health
• 50% private split
• High private demand, especially within Cosmetic Dentistry
• Stable and well-managed diary from day one
• Shadowing opportunities available, including Implant Dentistry

About the Role (Locum Dentist):

• 2 days per week – Monday and Tuesday weekly
• ASAP and ongoing
• £500 day rate for 25–30 UDAs booked per day
• £13.50 per UDA on over-achievement

• Fully equipped with Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo, and SOE software
• Open to investing in additional equipment to support new clinicians
