Associate or Locum Dentist

We are seeking an Associate or Locum Dentist to join a highly reputable, modern, mixed practice near Rayleigh. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians looking for flexibility, stability, and strong clinical support, alongside outstanding private earning potential.

• 3 days per week – Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays
• Up to £14 per UDA (D.O.E.)
• 1,000 UDAs per working day annually
• 50% split on private treatments
• Exceptional private earnings in Implants, Composites, and Invisalign

• Available from August 2026

• 2–4 days per week – Monday or Friday essential, other days flexible
• £450 day rate for 25-30 UDAs per day
• £17–18 per UDA for over-achievement on UDAS
• Immediate start available (ongoing until early May 2026)
