Associate or Locum Dentist

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Locum Dentist to join a well-regarded, long-established dental practice near Leeds.

This role is ideal for clinicians seeking NHS stability alongside significant scope for private growth, particularly within Cosmetic Dentistry, all within a supportive, family-run environment that values clinical independence.

• Part-time: 2–3 days per week
• No weekends or late evenings
• £13–£14 per UDA (DOE)
• 1,000 UDAs per working day per annum
• 50% split on private work
• Inherit a long-standing, loyal patient list from a retiring clinician
• Full diary with stable oral health and low clinical stress
• High demand for Facial Aesthetics and Cosmetic Dentistry
  (Composites, Invisalign, Private Orthodontics – excellent untapped potential)
• Strong emphasis on professional development and continuous learning
• Dentists with special interests welcomed and actively promoted
• Newly Qualified Dentists encouraged to apply
• Immediate start available

• Adhoc dates – Mondays and Tuesdays – February – March 2026
• £500 per day for 30 UDAs
• £13 per UDA on overachievement
• 50% split on private work
• Immediate start available – ongoing requirement
