Associate Dentist/ Private or Locum Full Time Permanent

Clinically upstanding and aesthetically impressive, this mixed Independent Dental Practice are seeking a new Associate (or Locum) within Liverpool.

This opportunity has exceptional private earnings and will tailor your clinic to suit your special interests.

About the Positions

Associate Dentist:

• 1,500 UDAs available at £12-13 per UDA
• Attractive 50% split on private earnings – Realistic earnings of up to £40,000 per month
• Strong emphasis on further expanding private dental services – dedicated in-house Marketing Manager
• Denplan list for a stable private patient base, alongside fee-per-item
• Exceptional potential for Facial Aesthetics, Implants, Invisalign, and Cosmetic Bonding
• Immediate start available

Locum Dentist:

• Competitive rate of £15.00 per UDA with 25-30 UDAs assigned per day
• 50% remuneration on private treatments
• Covering maternity leave with potential for extended tenure

Private Potential:

• Realistic earnings of up to £40,000 per month, solely from private work
• Comprehensive support and training in upselling techniques
• Financial incentives for support staff to aid in treatment promotion
• Active development of both internal and external referral pathways
• Happy to demonstrate the above, and successes of this during interview
