A position is available for an Associate Dentist at an esteemed dental practice near Redditch, Worcestershire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled dentist to join a thriving, independent practice with a supportive team and great earning potential. You’ll inherit an established patient list, enjoy a well-equipped environment, and have the chance to develop your skills, especially in specialities such as Invisalign.

About the Position:

• Full-Time/Part-Time, flexibility available
• £14 per UDA
• Excellent earning potential with 5000 UDAs available
• 50% split on private work
• Inherit a packed existing patient list
• Special interests welcome, particularly Invisalign (iTero scanner on-site)
• Available to start in August/September 2025

• 1 Principal Dentist – Works 4 days per week
• 6 Associates – Collaborative and friendly team
• 2 Hygienists – Strong clinical support
• 1 Practice Manager – Ensuring smooth daily operations
• 8 Nurses – Qualified support team
