Join a leading dental team as an Associate Dentist or Senior Mentoring Dentist at a well-established practice near Bentley.
This opportunity offers an excellent balance of NHS stability and private growth within a supportive and clinically efficient mixed practice.
With a fully established patient list, strong internal support, and access to a wide range of treatments, this role is ideal for a clinician seeking flexibility, development, and consistent earnings.
About the Position – Associate Dentist:
- 3 days per week – 2 days clinically, 1 day as Mentor lead
- £13.50 – £14 per UDA (depending on experience)
- Small UDA allocation – 1,000-1,500 maximum
- 50% split on private treatments
- £1,200 per month paid on top of your clinical earning
- Mentoring and supporting Overseas Dentists looking to obtain their Active Performer Number (NHS)
- Established patient list ensuring a stable diary from day one
- Full TCO support for diary management and treatment conversion
- Foundation Dentists welcome – excellent clinical support available (Senior and longstanding Associates in situ)
- Immediate start available

- Part-time role – 2–5 days per week (flexible Monday–Friday)
- £13.50 – £14 per UDA (depending on experience)
- 1,000 UDAs per working day per annum
- 50% split on private treatments
- Established patient list ensuring a stable diary from day one
- Full TCO support for diary management and treatment conversion
- Immediate start available
