• Hybrid role combining dentistry and leadership
• 2 per week as Associate Dentist
• 1-2 per week as Clinical Advisor
• £14 per UDA, flexible UDA allocation
• Up to 50% split on Private work
• Packed patient list to inherit
• Clinical Advisor rate of £425 per day
