Associate Dentist

This opportunity is ideal for a confident clinician with a strong track record in either private only practice or ethical private conversion, with additional clinical skillsets.

With modern facilities and a large support team, the role offers both stability and exceptional earning.

• Conversion focused Dentist – basic NHS UDA allocation with primary focus on ethical conversion to private -OR-
• Private only – list building but big demand demonstrated at practice
• Part-Time role – 2 days per week (Monday & Friday)
• Conversion role: 1,000 UDAS per working day per annum – £13 per UDA
• Either role: 45% private split with high earning potential
• Established practice with exceptional local reputation for high-clinical standards
• Must demonstrate strong private experience/conversion experience and additional skillsets
• Immediate start date available

• Independent practice – Principal led
• High private uptake demonstrated  
• Strong marketing investment generating consistent patient demand
• Advanced equipment including multiple scanners, CT imaging, and digital systems
• Dedicated call handling team supporting patient flow and diary management efficiently
• Supportive team including Hygienists, Nurses, and visiting specialists
• Friendly and pro-active Practice Manager
• Convenient location with good transport links nearby
