Associate Dentist

Join a leading dental team as an Associate Dentist at a well-established practice near Farnworth, Greater Manchester.

This role offers an excellent balance of NHS stability and private growth within a structured, supportive, and well-organised clinical environment. With strong Hygienist support, a fully qualified team, and proactive management, clinicians are well positioned to succeed, develop, and maximise their potential.

• Part-time – 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday)
• £14 per UDA (DOE)
• 1,000 UDAs per working day per annum
• 50% split on all private treatments
• Strong support for ethical NHS to private conversion with excellent private potential
• Full-time hygienist support to assist with patient care and workflow
• Supportive leadership with clear, fair and transparent expectations
• Strong focus on clinical development and CPD support
• Start date from May 2026

• Mid-sized mixed NHS and private practice with modern clinical facilities
• Fully qualified, experienced team providing excellent day-to-day clinical support
• Surgeries equipped with windows and air conditioning
• Fully digital workflow including R4 software, Digital X-rays and Rotary Endodontics
• Convenient location with good transport links nearby
• On-site parking available for staff
