• 4-5 days per week – Monday to Friday available
• 1,000 UDAs per working day available
• £13 per UDA
• 45% split on private treatments
• Demonstrated private earning through strong conversion rates
• Financial incentives for support staff to assist in treatment promotion
• Active internal and external referral pathways
• Exposure to treatments including Implants, Invisalign, Cosmetic Bonding, Endodontics and Periodontics

• Locum role – 3-4 days per week – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• £15 per UDA
• 25–30 UDAs booked per day (non-targeted)
• 45% split on private treatments – fee-per-item and plan
• April – September 2026

• Comprehensive support and training in upselling techniques
• Financial incentives for support staff to aid in treatment promotion
• Active continual development and establishment of both internal and external referral pathways
• Happy to demonstrate the above, and successes of this during interview
