An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Associate Dentist to join a highly rated, independent dental practice near Bromley, London.

This is the perfect role for a clinician looking to grow their private portfolio while maintaining a healthy NHS mix in a modern, supportive, and forward-thinking environment.

The Role:

• Tuesdays ONLY
• Up to 1,200 UDAs at £13 per UDA
• 45% private split & 50% lab bill split
• Established list of NHS and private patients ready to take over
• Cosmetic or Endodontic interests welcomed and supported
• Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience required
• Excellent career development and mentoring opportunities
• Start date: January 2026

The Practice:

• Independent 3 surgery practice with principal working on-site
• Approx. 70% private / 30% NHS patient base
• Extremely low staff turnover and supportive, close-knit team
• Modern setup with Itero, CBCT, OPG & Lumina scanner
• Spacious surgeries with natural light and air flow
• Excellent public transport links free parking nearby
