Associate Dentist

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join a well-regarded dental practice near Emersons Green, Bristol.

This is a lucrative opportunity to work within a high-performing, established clinical team, managing a stable, long-standing patient base in a supportive and efficiently run environment with strong opportunities for private growth and clinical development.

• Part-time – 2 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday)
• 1,000 UDAs per working day per annum
• £14 per UDA
• 50% split on all private treatments
• Fully established and stable patient diary from day one – easy NHS uptake and earning stability
• Strong internal support for NHS to private conversion
• Practice actively supports special interests and clinical development

• Independent, Principal-owned mid-sized practice with modern surgeries and large windows
• Experienced Hygiene and Therapist support available
• High volume of requests for private Cosmetic treatment
• Opportunity for Implant shadowing and clinical exposure
• Fully digital setup including i-Smile software, Rotary Endodontics, and digital X-rays
