An exciting position is available for an Associate Dentist at an esteemed dental practice near Rainhill, Liverpool.

This is a rare opportunity to work within a state-of-the-art facility featuring fully refurbished surgeries and an on-site training hub. With a new surgery available, ongoing investment in marketing, and active support for both clinical and personal development, this practice is designed for high performance and personal growth.

About the Position:

• Part-Time/Full-Time role available – 3-5 days per week – Monday to Friday
• £13 per UDA
• 5,000 UDA’s (FTE)
• 45% private split including fee per item and plan
• Potential Saturday sessions for private emergency cases – not essential
• Brand new surgery set up and ready to use
• Growing practice demand – new patients and recalls – stable diary!
• Strong private potential with an influx of new registering patients – Private fee-per-item and plan patients
• Private potential over £40k per month – can demonstrate first-hand how this is achievable with past conversion examples provided
• Available to start in September 2025

Private Potential and Support:

• Comprehensive support and training in upselling techniques
• Financial incentives for support staff to aid in treatment promotion
• Active development of both internal and external referral pathways
• High monthly budget allocated for advertising and marketing of special interest areas of Dentistry – Allocated Marketing Manager
• Happy to demonstrate the above, and successes of this during interview
