Associate Dentist

We’re looking for an ambitious Mixed Associate Dentist to join our well-established practice, taking over an existing patient list with full support to grow in both NHS and private dentistry. With modern facilities, a strong marketing presence, and a clear pathway to develop your private portfolio, this is an ideal role for a Dentist who wants security and the freedom to expand their skillset.

• 2 days per week – Monday & Wednesday
• 1,000 UDAs per working day per annum
• £12 – £14 per UDA (depending on experience)
• 45% split on Private fee per item and Care Plans
• Established patient list from day one
• Open to Dentists with Special Interests – will utilise and promote all skillsets
• Flexible start date available

• System for Dentists software for streamlined workflow
• Long-established NHS and Private patient base
• Dedicated marketing team to promote your treatments and professional profile
• Collaboration with social media influencers to increase visibility and attract patients

• On-site Hygiene Therapist with a strong team-based approach to patient care
