Salaried GP – West Sussex

Are you a newly qualified GP or seeking a fresh, fulfilling challenge? Do you want to enhance your work-life balance without compromising patient care?

 We are a friendly, innovative, and forward-thinking GP Practice based by the beautiful West Sussex coast. We’re currently looking for a Salaried GP (4 to 8 sessions per week) to join a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Highlights of the role:

• Minimal admin – covered by regular Admin GP support

• Only 14 patients per session on average

• Remote working options available

• Very few home visits – managed by Visiting ANPs

• Flexible days and start date

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations (remote and in-person)

• Diagnose, manage and treat acute and chronic conditions

• Prescribe medications and manage treatments

• Promote health education and preventative care

• Collaborate with wider MDT for holistic care

• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records

• Support from dedicated Admin GP & Visiting ANPs

• Skilled admin and reception teams streamline your workflow

• Protected time for CPD, peer support, and team meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and inclusion on the performers list
