A Dental Practice with an exceptional local reputation, high-end treatments and impressive clinical skills, are seeking a new Dental Associate to join their team close to Northampton.

About the role:

• £14 – £15 per UDA
• £18 per UDA if you are able to Mentor overseas clinicians and utilise Therapist
• £1 per UDA additional for referring to the Therapist
• Full or part time surgery availability – Monday to Friday – sociable hours
• 1,000 UDAs per working day per annum
• 50% Split on private work completed
• Therapist on-site to refer and support with UDA target
• High volumes offered of General Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign and Implants
• ASAP start available

The practice:

• Well-established mixed practice – Recently Refurbished, purpose built space to ensure clinically efficiency
• The practice has 5 large and spacious surgeries that are fully air conditioned
• Well-equipped with Digital X-rays, Dentally software, Rotary Endo, Apex Locators, iTero Scanner, CBCT Scanner and Implant Motor
• Practice offers, Invisalign, Composite Bonding, and Implants along with General Dentistry
• Experienced and knowledgeable clinical professionals, qualified Nurses and a Treatment Coordinator to support ethically upsell private
• CPD opportunities and discounts – DBS funding covered by practice
