MedMatch Group are seeking an outgoing and high-achieving consultant to join its ever-growing and successful team, located in the heart of Watford (easily accessible via the M1 and A41!) and 20 minutes away from Euston via train.

Salary

£24,000 – £30k per Annum

50k Y1 OTE

100k Y2 OTE

What will your responsibilities consist of?

• Resourcing and qualifying candidates
• Meeting deadlines and KPI’s as required by the business
• Scheduling and completing interviews/ placements
• Liaising with hiring managers, recruiters and other relevant stakeholders
• Communicating with candidates
• Upholding an excellent level of service
• Managing end-to-end process of recruitment (Full training will be provided!)
