A fantastic opportunity has become available for an ambitious doctor to join a large organisation as a salaried GP. You have a choice of workplaces. This organisation has multiple sites located across Sussex. There is flexibility in terms of days and number of sessions, schedule work around your existing commitments!

A strong emphasis is placed on assisting GPs and preserving a healthy work-life balance. Therefore, the organisation is offering part remote working options. Full BMA contracts are available. Each practice has training and development opportunities, providing professional advancement and the potential to eventually assume senior positions like clinical lead. Growth and development are supported; the medical director was formerly a salaried GP.

This is suitable for both a newly qualified GP seeking guidance and mentorship and an experienced GP seeking senior roles.

Practice Overview

• 6,200 list size
• Up to 10 sessions available
• 7 sites
• EMIS or system one (depends on the site)
• Full supporting admin and reception team
• Indemnity covered
• Tier 2 sponsorship

Typical set up of GPs day

• 15 AM appointments
• 15 PM appointments
• Minimal home visits
• Shared on call rota

Requirements

• MRCGP Qualification
• Registered with the GMC with licence to practice
