The surgery has a superb team of GPs and support clinicians and gears everything towards ultra-efficiency, limiting GP admin and workflow. Part of a collaborative PCN and heavily involved with the CCG, they are embracing the changes to Primary Care such as home working and developing new models of care to the delight of their patients who consistently vote them as one of the best practices in the CCG.
They are supportive in encouraging staff to develop new skills for the benefit of the Practice and its patients. The receptionists work hard to support the GP’s and patients on a daily basis.
