This practice is looking for a candidate that prides in going above and beyond whilst also providing clients with a high-level management.

About the role:

• Practice Manager
• Full-Time role – 3-5+ days per Week
• Up to £31,000 per annum – £15 per hour
• Dental background experience is ideal
• Immediate start available

 Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive work environment
• Ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction
• Handle financial aspects, including budgeting and billing
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice
• Manage a team of dental professionals and support staff
• Implement and monitor practice policies and procedures

The practice:

• Practice offers a range of treatments including: Cosmetic, Facial Dentistry and more
• Knowledgeable team including Principal, Receptionist, Hygienist, Nurses and dentists on-site
• Well-equipped and Fully digital with Pearl System, OPG, CBCT and Intra Oral Scanner
• Parking available
