• £35,000 per annum, plus monthly and annual performance bonuses

• Drive business growth by converting enquiries into treatment starts
• Use CRM systems to efficiently manage patient information and follow-ups

• Confident, proactive, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Background in sales, client services, or patient coordination (any industry welcome!)
• Naturally empathetic and able to build trust quickly
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using CRM or data management systems
• Motivated by targets and personal development
