We are seeking an Associate Dentist to enhance a well-regarded dental practice near Ardleigh, Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established practice with a full diary from day one, serving a friendly and loyal patient base.

The practice provides excellent support, including mentorship opportunities from an experienced Implantologist, and is open to developing a tailored marketing plan to promote areas of Dental interest.

About the Position:

• 3-4 days per week – Permanent role
• £14 per UDA
• Potential for £15 per UDA for highly experienced candidates
• Additional £2 per UDA if a Therapist is utilised
• 3,500 UDAs available
• 50% split on private earnings
• Golden Hello of £3,500–£4,000
• Busy diary with a mix of new and returning patients
• Profit share available for long-term associates
