Associate Dentist Full Time Permanent

An Independent Practice well-known for its excellent dental services and team efficiency has let us know about a new Associate Dentist role available close to Walsall.

The Practice is looking for an experience candidate willing to maintain the high standard of Patient and Clinical Care already provided at the Practice, whilst always looking for ways to further improve.

About the Permanent Opportunity:

• Part-Time or Full-Time role available – 2 to 5 days per week
• 1,000 UDAs per working day per annum @ £12-13 per UDA
• 50% Split on any Private work completed
• Private potential – FT Associates doing 8,000 UDAS gross around £5,000+, would be lucrative for those with a lower UDA allocation!

Busy inherited lists! Loyal patients with strong oral health

• High volumes of Invisalign, Composites and Implants requested in practice – Big private earnings to be made within these areas!
• Can zone diaries for Private and Special interest dentistry clinics – Full clinical freedom and will tailor the clinic to suit you!
• Flexible on start dates

About the practice:

• Independent Practice – Full Clinical freedom – Very knowledgeable and engaging Principle working within practice
• 6 Surgery Practice
• Longstanding team – 20-30 years in situ for a strong majority of most staff within the practice – exceptional team support and a fantastic working environment
• Encourages CPD – Has enrolled Nurses on Decon, Radiography and Impression courses and Dentists on Invisalign (From Go to Comprehensive) for example – wants to support professional development and career aspirations
• State of the Art equipment and materials including R4 System, Digital X-rays, Intra Oral Cameras and OPG
• Dedicated X-ray room for Radiography – Qualified Radiographers within practice who are dedicated to taking these for clinicians
• High volume of marketing offered and undertaken within practice to promote your skills and clinics
• Onsite Parking available
