A Dental Practice known for its amazing services and friendly team has let us know about a new Associate and/or Locum Dentist role that has become available close to Chalton, Bedfordshire.
This practice is looking for a candidate that prides in providing high-end patient care and dental service; making sure that Patients leave with a smile each time!
About the Permanent Position:
- Mixed Associate Role
- Full or Part Time – NO LATE EVENINGS; sociable working hours to promote a health home-work-life balance
- Up to 6,000 UDAs available for Full Time – Happy to discuss UDA allocation and exceptionally encouraging in regards to zoning of clinics and private conversion
- £12 per UDA
- 50% split on private work completed
- Busy and inherited lists from the offset – strong oral health and loyal patients of an established and built book!
- Friendly and knowledgeable principle within the clinic – always happy to help professionally and personally – comforting and engaging working environment for clinicians!
- ASAP Start Available
About the Locum Position:
- 25-30 UDAS per day – £400 Day rate
- £12 per UDA on over achievement
The practice:
- Independent Practice –Full clinical freedom
- NHS Focused – Happy to support with Conversion and would like an Associate looking to balance the books
- Mid-sized mixed practice
- Fully Computerised with SOE System, Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo and Dentsply Sirona
- Hygienist 3 days per week: Helps with Periodontic and general referrals from Associates should you wish to utilise this
- Happy and fully supported team – Principle working within practice
- Affluent area – potential for private for those confident in ethical upselling
- Continual influx of new patients; established patients regularly visit keeping the oral health of the clinic high!
