ADMIN AND OPERATIONS OFFICER

• Office-based role
• £25,000 per annum
• Full-Time Monday – Friday (08:45 – 18:00)
• Immediate start

• To provide a superior recruitment experience to our Healthcare sector Clients, whilst maintaining a well-paid, high-achieving environment made for recruiters, by recruiters.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You will be creative
• You will have a keen eye for details
• You must be highly organised with the ability to multitask 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Marketing and advertising on various channels
• Managing social media platforms
• Handling clerical tasks for the office
• Document management
• Assisting with the preparation of PowerPoint presentations
• Generating marketing and data reports and producing excel spreadsheets
• Handling of sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
• Updating contact database and other data-entry
• Organise and execute our attendance in exhibitions
